All pictures, artwork and logos featured on this website are the property of CWI Gifts. We often get requests from customers asking to use pictures from our website. We ask that you contact us via email to request permission prior to using any of the product pictures from our website and provide us with the purpose of the image usage and/or the address of your website. It will be determined at that time if permission will be given. We ask that the descriptions on our website not be copied for use elsewhere.

We must have on record a vendor's license or tax number.

You must place a minimum order of $50.00 Net each time you place your order. There is a $7.50 service fee on all orders under $50.00.

We offer a 5% discount on your website orders. Effective January 1, 2011 the minimum order for a 5% discount is $350.00 Net. Discount applies when paid in terms.

Returned goods will be accepted only after written consent from our office. Returns are subjected to a 20% restocking charge. Please reorder items not shipped with your next order. We do not routinely back order merchandise. However we will occasionally back order special items.

All shortages and damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order. If any damage is found upon inspection of your order, you must save the original carton and packing materials and call your local UPS office for an inspection.

Shipping Information

Shipping charges will be based on the weight and size of your package. We usually ship most orders within 24 hours. However, it can take a little longer during peak holiday or rush seasons. We pride ourselves in quick and efficient service and strive to put a RUSH on each and every order. We ship UPS, FedEx or USPS.

There will be an $11 fee charged for orders with incorrect shipping information. UPS charges this fee when a shipment cannot be delivered to the specified address.

All orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged actual shipping. Orders to Hawaii will ship via air mail. Orders to Alaska will ship via UPS Ground.

Canadian and International destinations will be shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited.

Effective January 1, 2009 - No freight allowed on orders under $500.00 Net, on hazardous shipping charges, or on items marked FOB Reynoldsburg. When paid according to terms on orders over $500.00 net full freight is allowed or 5% whichever is less. Note: Your web order must total $500 or more after your 5% discount to receive the freight allowance.

1. By Phone - In the USA and Canada you can call toll free 1-800-666-5858 for orders and product information. All others call 1-740-964-6210. Please have item numbers, quantities and your credit card ready.
2. By Fax - Our fax machine is always on! Fax your order toll free to 800-955-5915. All others can fax to 740-964-6212. Don't forget to include your credit card information including the expiration date and a day time phone number or email address in case we have a question about your order.
3. By Mail - You can print your order from the website or write your own order. Be sure to include item number, description and price. Be sure to include your check, money order or credit card information (including expiration date). Money orders and checks need to be paid in US funds. Include a daytime phone number or email address in case we have a question about your order.
