CWI drop ship program is designed to make it easier for a
qualified wholesale buyer to distribute products to their customers without the
inconvenience and expense of stocking and shipping the products.
You don’t have to pay for the products until they sell
and your customer pays you, so there is no personal cash outlay for the products
Please read over the below list of requirements necessary
to participate in this program.
must first contact us to set up a drop ship account status.
must be a qualified wholesale buyer. You must provide a tax ID number or a
vendor’s license number in order to purchase from us.
must provide us with the website address you will be using to feature our
products for verification purposes. Websites that promote the following will
not be accepted:
obscene, or offensive content
commercial email or trademark violations
misleading, fraudulent or illegal activity.
may place regular volume orders or drop ship orders through our website.
When placing a drop ship order we ask that you write the words drop ship
status in the comments section of the order form.
normal $50 minimum does not apply for drop ship orders.
- As of January 1, 2011 there
will be a $3 handling fee added to each drop ship order.
will be a $11 fee charged to you for incorrect shipping address information that results in a fee charged to CWI Gifts and Crafts by UPS.
ship orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping costs will be based on
the actual weight and size of the package.
- We will ship the drop
ship orders only to consumers in the 48 contiguous United States.
must completely fill out the billing and shipping portions of the website
order form when placing your order. Your name, address, phone, email,
customer number must be completed in the billing portion and your
customer’s name and address must be in the shipping portion of the form.
product(s) will be shipped to your customer with no packing slip or bill
included in the package(s). The invoice will be mailed directly to you via
postal mail after the package has been shipped.
will notify you via email or telephone when the merchandise ordered is out
of stock and when it is expected to arrive. We do not
is your responsibility to inform your customer of items that are no
longer available or temporarily out of stock. Due to the variety of items
that we carry and the changing styles from season to season some items may
only be available for a limited time period. If you have a question
concerning specific product availability you may call and verify items with
our helpful sales staff. We ask that you have the item numbers handy for a
quicker verification process.
must notify us within 10 days of any damage or shipping errors. We reserve
the right to credit or replace the item.
is a 20% restocking fee for returned items. Shipping and drop ship fees will
not be credited on returned items.

images and product descriptions on our website and in our flyers are the
property of CWI Gifts. This information cannot be scanned,
reproduced or distributed in whole or part without the written permission of
CWI Gifts. Permission may be granted for image use to those who qualify as a
CWI Gifts customer and after a verification process of your
website in question. To achieve the best search engine optimization, it is best to write your own unique description for the products.
Gifts reserves the right to discontinue a drop ship
relationship with customers that do not observe the policies listed here.
