Where is the shopping warehouse located?
Our wholesale warehouse is located in Groveport, Ohio which is part of the Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area.  

Is the warehouse open to the public?
Our warehouse is open only to business owners with a business license or a tax ID number.

Do I have to wait for approval after I fill out the form on the website?
You don't have to wait for approval to shop. Fill out your information and start shopping our wholesale website right away!

What is the minimum order requirement?
The minimum order amount is $100. There will be a $7.50 fee added to orders that do not meet the required minimum.

Can we mix and match for the price breaks?
With all products we sell, the breaks are per item number.

What is an assortment?
An assortment features a variety of designs sold under a single item number. They are priced as each, and are not sold as a set. This allows our customers the benefit of purchasing multiple designs, while making it easier to meet price break quantities. We make every effort to provide you with the full selection of the assortment when purchasing at the price break quantity. As stock becomes limited, assortments may be pulled from what is on hand. When purchasing less than the price break quantity, designs will be chosen at random based on availability.

How can I view my order, invoice, or tracking number?
You can view orders, invoices, and tracking information once an order has shipped by logging into your account on shopcwi.com. Click on “Your Account” in the top right of the webpage and choose an option from the drop down menu.

How much is the shipping?
Shipping charges are calculated according to the weight, size, and destination of your order once it is packed and ready to ship.  Depending on the contents of your order and your location, you can roughly estimate 20% - 25% of your order as shipping charges.

Do you ship by UPS or FedEx?
We use both carriers, but we are happy to honor your preference for one carrier over the other. If you have your own account with UPS or FedEx we can have it billed directly to that account.

Can I place an order for pick up at the warehouse?
To place a pickup order when shopping online add Pickup Order to the Order Notes at checkout. Include the date and time to pick up the order. Same-day pickup orders are not available. Pickup orders placed before noon that are for pick up the following day will incur a $7.50 fee. There is no fee on orders with a designated pick up time greater than 24 hours. Web discounts are not available for pickup orders. Cash and carry discounts are not available for pickup orders. Pickup orders that are not collected will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

My order came to $142.03 and you charged me $185.00. Why?
You are likely seeing a pre-authorization with an estimated shipping cost. The actual shipping cost will be adjusted when your order is processed and invoiced. Your credit card is not charged until your order invoices.

What is your back order process?
Any item (except jar candles that don't meet minimum requirements) that did not ship with your order will be automatically shipped upon arrival as long as it meets a $75 minimum. Seasonal items will be cancelled when the season ends unless otherwise requested. If you have multiple back orders they will be combined to meet the minimum. How long does merchandise stay in my shopping cart or Need List on your website?
Merchandise will stay in your shopping cart until check out for up to 30 days. Items added to your Need List will stay on your list for up to 60 days.

How do I get started being a Drop Shipper with CWI?
Drop shipping with CWI is easy! You sell the products, and CWI ships them directly to your customers. Please click here for more information about our drop shipping process.

Can I add your product to my retail website? How much should I charge my customers?
Our customers are welcome to use the product images found on our website, but you must write your own product descriptions. We do not have pricing requirements, so you may price the inventory you purchase from CWI however you see fit.
