Reorder and Back Orders
We strive to fill every order as complete as possible. Due to the fact that we offer products from a variety of vendors, sometimes items are out of stock when an order is placed.

Back Order Process
Any item (except jar candles that don't meet minimum requirements) that did not ship with your order will now automatically be shipped upon arrival as long as it meets a $75 minimum.
Seasonal items will be cancelled on the following dates unless otherwise requested by the customer.
Halloween - October 1st
Fall (non Halloween) - October 15th
Christmas - December 1st
Easter - 3 weeks prior to Easter
4th of July - June 15th

If you have multiple back orders they will be combined to meet the minimum. The 5% web discount does not apply to back orders.
You can manage your back order by logging in to your account at www.shopcwi.com or call us at 800-666-5858.

   

You can opt out of the automatic back order process by calling customer service or log in on the website, choose Your Account in the top right then Customer Info from the dropdown menu after you are logged in to your account.

There is a box that you can uncheck on the Customer Info page if you don't want to be part of the automatic back order process.

 


After logging in to your account you can view your back order, make adjustments to quantities on order, and delete items no longer needed.

 

When will products that are Out of Stock Arrive?
The arrival of stock will vary depending on the manufacturer location (overseas or local vendors) and/or supply and demand of the products ordered. Local vendors may have stock available quickly but shipments from some suppliers can take weeks to arrive in our warehouse.

Reorders require a $100 minimum purchase.
