Cement Taper Holder is a cement-style, textured taper holder with a square shaped base and a twist-on, taper holder. Simply remove the base of one of our battery-operated tapers, insert batteries as normal, and twist onto the taper holder like you would the base of a taper. Holder measures 1.75" high by 1.75" square. Taper not included.
